Marketplace application

Link to the 2024 application for a space in the Marketplace.

Thank you for your interest in attending the 2024 Irish Fair of Minnesota as a vendor (merchant or artisan) or a community organization! Applications are open until April 15. All applications will be reviewed, with priority given to those with the clearest connection to Irish culture or Irish history. 

Everyone will be notified in late April as to the status of their application. Additional details will be sent to those who are approved as vendors or community organizations.

2024 Fees

We currently have three different fee categories: artisans, merchants, and community organizations.

Artisans

Artisans sell goods that they primarily create themselves.
$475 per 10x10 booth

Merchants

Merchants sell goods that are primarily created by someone else.
$900 per 10x10 booth

Community Organizations

Community organizations are local organizations that provide engagement or information about Irish culture.

• $100 per 10x10 booth from fair open until 7:30pm on Friday & Saturday, open until 6:00pm on Sunday.
• $50 per 10x10 booth from 8:00pm - 11:00pm on Friday and Saturday (extended hours)

2024 Marketplace Hours

The Marketplace is open for the duration of the Irish Fair. Merchants and artisans are expected to keep your booth open and staffed for the duration of that time. Community organizations are expected to stay open and staffed per the shift selected.

Friday, August 9: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Saturday, August 10: 10:00am to 11:00pm

Sunday, August 11: 10:00am to 7:00pm
