Children and Family Fun
We have tons of fun planned for the wee ones and families at Irish Fair of Minnesota. Here is a little of what you can expect.
Saturday - Let's get those kiddos moving at 10:30 with a parade, then back to Celtic Corner for cookie decorating (limit of 20 only) and then crafts and games until 12. Head over to Croke Park in the afternoon for some playtime and fun. We have a li'l spud spoon and potato run for 2-12 year olds. Kids can also meet native Irish dogs and hang out with Baarry, Irish Fair's beloved sheep mascot.
On Sunday, along with a wee ones parade, kids can make some of their own music at the Instrument Petting Zoo (sponsored by the Center for Irish Music, St. Paul's own traditional Irish music school) and Chef Shelagh Mullen will demonstrate how kids can make their families a tasty Irish Wrap. Afternoon activities will be held at Croke Park Sports Field.
Here is the complete list. Or, look for items marked in gold in our online schedule. After all, kids are our greatest treasure.
